Telephony Management
Soft-ex Telephony Manager (STM) allows companies to effectively manage call costs and traffic activity by capturing data from their PBX (traditional or IP PBX) or key system and presenting comprehensive and meaningful reports.

STM is provided either as a hosted telephone management service, bringing you the additional benefits of outsourcing, or as a stand-alone product. The latest version of STM (Version 3.0) offers browser reporting, IP PBX compatibility and a Hotel Check Out facility.
STM also supports the extensive information provided by new generation IP PBXs, providing detailed reporting on: Quality of Service statistics (including average latency, jitter, packet loss etc.); network loading generated by voice traffic on the network; data packets per call.
STM's functionality benefits from Soft-ex' 15 years experience of working in mixed PBX environment and for customers in different market segments.
The STM solution is installed in some 50,000 organisations in over 75 countries. It is distributed by many of the leading names in the Telecoms industry, including Nortel Networks, Ericsson, Alcatel, Siemens, GECS, and a number of others.
